The educational philosophy of Vermilion Catholic High School centers around society, Christ, and His Church. This philosophy encompasses the development of the total child by enhancing the individual’s spiritual, intellectual, emotional, social, and physical development. Vermilion Catholic’s challenging curriculum is based on this Catholic educational philosophy, the requirements of the Diocese of Lafayette, and the Louisiana State Department of Education. We pride ourselves on being college preparatory and also offer additional services to our students with special needs.
