Volunteer Expectations
We appreciate your willingness to volunteer and support our students! To maintain a safe, welcoming, and productive school environment, all volunteers are expected to follow these guidelines:
Dress Appropriately
School-appropriate clothing is required.
No leggings, crop tops, open-back shirts, or overly tight/revealing clothing.
Professional attire or Eagle Pride spirit wear is encouraged.
Check In
Always check in at the Front Office before going anywhere on campus.
Administration must know in advance why you are on campus.
Volunteer activities must be school or sport related and approved.
Safety
Required Safe Environment training must be completed and current before volunteering.
Be On Time
Arrive on time for your assigned shift.
Volunteer during your approved times.
Stay Productive
Complete your assigned tasks.
If you finish early, check with the staff member in charge of additional instructions.
Keep It Positive
Help make our school a welcoming place for everyone.
Our school is not a place to collect or distribute gossip about students, families, faculty, staff, or other volunteers. We want to avoid these types of conversations.
All conversations should be related to the task, encouraging, and uplifting.
